Jamie has been helping others find balance through movement and mindfulness since earning her certification from The Yoga School of Therapeutics in 2019. As an experienced instructor, she teaches a variety of classes for all skill levels, focusing on gentle movement, stress relief, and overall wellness. Drawing from her own experiences, Jamie believes that exercise is a powerful tool for managing stress, calming the nervous system, and supporting a healthy, balanced life. Her classes emphasize self-care, mindfulness, and creating space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Outside the studio, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, finding joy in life's simple moments.

After years of high-intensity workouts, Sheri discovered yoga and quickly fell in love with the connection between breath, movement, and mindfulness. Her classes focus on building strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness through intentional movement and accessible instruction. Sheri is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for all experience levels, offering modifications and variations so everyone can enjoy the benefits of yoga and move at their own pace. She looks forward to helping you feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected both on and off the mat.
