Medication Refill Policy

Please call our office number and follow the prompts to request refills on any medications. This ensures that a member of the team see’s your message in a timely manner.

It is your job to ask for refills on time. It may take up to five business days to get your refill, so don’t wait until the last minute. If your prescription is through a mail-order pharmacy, please ask for a refill at least 10 days before you run out.

We only refill medications during our weekday office hours, Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. If you run out after hours, call us the next business day. We do not fill prescriptions on weekends or holidays.

Your pharmacy will notify you once the prescription is ready to be picked up or shipped to you.

It is important that you are seen regularly by our medical team to ensure your prescriptions are correct for your health and symptoms. If you are late for lab work, we may give you a small refill until we can see you, but it is your responsibility to make an appointment before running out. It’s best to schedule your next visit before leaving our office.

If you have any questions about your medication, please ask during your appointment. If you think your medication needs to be changed, call us right away. We may need to see you in the clinic to make any changes.
