Our mission is to bring out your inner glow. We welcome anyone who is seeking wellness - however you define that. We provide holistic wellness and med spa services which include esthetics, skin care guidance and products, yoga, injectables, and nutrition services.
We provide a serene and inclusive environment from the chaos of life. Authentic beauty is not just on the outside. We are committed to working with you on every step of the journey to optimal wellness. We are proud to have a network of partners in our community (and some in our clinic) to help with body, mind and soul health.
About Us
Jessica Nichols: Glow From Within Guide
Jessica is a doctorally prepared Nurse Practitioner whose passion is proactive health care and wellness. Wellness means treating mind, body, and soul. Treating each area independently of the others only achieves partial wellness. Her drive to help people discover their own beauty lead to the creation of Graceful. Learning more about how we can each take care of ourselves best motivates her to find the most ideal treatments, education and products for the Kansas City community and beyond.
Jamie Millam: Yoga Glow Guru
Jamie received her certification through The Yoga School of Therapeutics in 2019. She is a highly experienced instructor and teaches a variety of classes for all skill levels. Her experience includes teaching thousands of people simple yoga moves and meditation techniques to help achieve optimal wellness. Her guiding principles for all classes include not only incorporating movement but also focusing on how to slow down, calm your internal nervous system and experience total self-care. Drawing from her own personal experiences taught Jamie that exercise is a prescription for stress management, anxiety and overall wellness. Her passions outside of yoga include spending time with her husband, daughter and dog finding joy everyday in the simple things.
